My career began in the nonprofit and education space, where I learned that strong people systems are just as important as the mission itself. With over 12 years of experience across nonprofit, education, edtech startups, and healthcare, I have built a reputation for bringing structure, clarity, and care to every organization I serve.

As a certified MPO Analyst trained by Ngenio, I help organizations better understand and develop their teams through psychometric assessments and strategic people solutions.

I founded Dignitas Services LLC to help growing businesses create people-first operations with structure, efficiency, and integrity. I am especially passionate about supporting startups, education-focused organizations, and small businesses as they navigate growth and evolving processes.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is preparing the next generation of professionals for the workforce. Through Dignitas Services LLC, I deliver career coaching and workforce readiness programming for students and job seekers in school districts and nonprofit organizations.

I believe every person — regardless of their starting point — deserves access to the tools, guidance, and support that help them enter the workforce with confidence.

The name “Dignitas” reflects my belief that every employee, client, contractor, and partner deserves to be treated with respect, clarity, and integrity.
